These terms apply when you use the Luke Skin Studio website, book an appointment online, or use your customer account. By creating an account or booking, you agree to them.

Your account

Keep your password private and give us accurate details. You are responsible for activity on your account; tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Appointments and cancellations

• Booking an appointment reserves a time with the practice; it is confirmed once you receive confirmation from us.
• You can reschedule or cancel from your account, subject to the notice period and any deposit terms shown at the time of booking.
• If you arrive late we may need to shorten or move your treatment so that other clients are not kept waiting.

Treatments and health information

Treatments are provided by qualified practitioners after a consultation. Please tell us about any medical conditions, medications or allergies; the information you give is used to treat you safely and is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.

Payments, memberships and gift cards

• Prices and any deposit are shown when you book. Memberships renew only when you pay for the next period and lapse if payment is not received.
• Gift cards are redeemable for services at Luke Skin Studio until their expiry date and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Loyalty points have no cash value and can be changed or withdrawn with reasonable notice.

Using the website

Do not misuse the website, attempt to access other people's accounts, or submit false reviews. We may suspend an account that is used in breach of these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Luke Skin Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies from the date shown above.
